Place du Cap is the brand created by the Italian designer Arabella Isca.
The designer developed a strong interest in fashion from a young age thanks to her grandmother, bespoke tailor in Turin, and her fashion-conscious mother. She graduated in Applied Foreign Languages in Aix-en-Provence, and then studied Fashion Design at internationally renowned Central Saint Martins in London. In 2013 she won the first prize at the MCI Contest, a competition organised in Milan by Material Connexion Italy, presenting a sustainable fashion design project on display at Triennale in Milan.
Why Place du Cap?
The square, a meeting and transit point; the cape, reaching out towards the infinite sea.
It is there, in the heart of Menton, on the French Riviera, between the Principality of Monaco and the Italian Riviera, that the Place du Cap collections are designed.
In the shade of the plane trees, with the gaze turned towards the blue horizon, sparkling under the thousand reflections of the sun, dissolved in the fiery pink of the sunset.
Multiple products, one style, for day and evening, from informal to formal, from work to leisure time.
Her versatile garments and accessories are designed for styled women and girls, dynamic and sophisticated, always at ease on every occasion.
Core values: Made in Italy, all the garments are produced in Turin, and sustainability: style blends with ecological and locally produced materials.
